The Royal Mint Experience treats visitors to a unique insight into Britain's oldest manufacturing organisation. The experience includes a fascinating factory tour and an interactive exhibition, with the option to strike your very own coin.
We’re just 20 minutes from Cardiff and offer ample free parking, You’ll find a well-stocked gift shop (offering a range of Royal Mint merchandise), a bright and airy 90-seat café (which serves a range of refreshments including breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea), corporate event space, and a purpose-designed educational suite, popular for school trips.
The Royal Mint Experience is open all year, but please check in advance for seasonal changes and Christmas opening hours. Opening times are 9.15am to 4.15pm daily. The last tour begins at 3pm.
