If your group falls below 15 people, your tickets will automatically be converted to our general admission tickets. These will default to adult admission tickets unless otherwise specified.
Yes, prior booking is required for group rates to be applied. Please email groups@royalmint.com or fill out our enquiry form with any questions. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.
If you are delayed, please contact The Royal Mint Experience on 0800 032 2154 as soon as possible. In some cases, you may need to wait for the next available tour.

Full payment for group bookings is required at least 14 calendar days before your visit, A member of the team will contact you to confirm final numbers and issue your invoice. Payment can be made via BACS or over the phone.
Yes, please email groups@royalmint.com at your earliest convenience. Additional spaces are subject to availability, and we may not be able to accommodate more people if your tour group is already at capacity.
We can accommodate larger groups by dividing them into smaller groups across the day. Please contact our team, who will check availability and provide a proposed schedule.

You are welcome to purchase exhibition-only tickets for £5 per person. These are available to book online.
Yes, the 'Strike Your Own Coin' experience is available, but only for guests who purchase a tour ticket (not available with exhibition-only tickets).
Carer tickets cannot be booked alongside discounted group tickets. They are available only with full-paying general admission tickets and must be booked separately online.
Pets and animals are not allowed, except for trained assistance dogs. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Photography and filming are not permitted in the Factory Experience. Your host will advise the areas in which photography is permitted.
