Frequently Asked Questions
No. Coins and bars purchased through your Royal Mint account will automatically appear in My Collection.
You can add Commemorative, Historic and Bullion items that have been sold on The Royal Mint’s website to My Collection.
Yes, if you own multiple of the same item you can record the quantity within My Collection.
To edit the quantity, click on “Qty” below the item in My Coins and Bars and enter the total quantity. Click save changes to update the quantity
No. My Collection is free to use and included with your Royal Mint account.
Log in to your Royal Mint account (or create one if you don’t already have one), then click the stack of coins icon in the navigation menu at the top right of the page.
Yes. You can access My Collection on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Just log in to your account and click the stack of coins icon in the navigation menu.
Yes. My Collection is protected by your Royal Mint account security.
Any orders visible under My Account > Orders will automatically be added to My Collection once you’ve accepted the Terms & Conditions.
Bullion items in My Account > Transaction history will also be automatically added.

Click the three dots next to the item and select ‘Add to My Collection’.
Click the three dots next to the item and select ‘Remove from My Collection’.
If you purchased the item using your Royal Mint account, find the order in My Account and click ‘Add to My Collection’. If you added it via search, simply search for the item again and select ‘Add to My Collection’.
Coins and Bars are added to My Collection as soon as we receive your order. If you cancel or return an item, it isn’t automatically removed. To take it out of My Collection, click the three dots next to the coin and select ‘Remove from My Collection’.
If you didn’t purchase the item directly from The Royal Mint, it won’t automatically appear in your album. To add it manually, click the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the item and select “Add to my collection”.
If you’re missing a coin or bar from an album and would like to buy it, you have two options:
- Click the purple “Add to basket” button in the bottom-right corner of the coin space, or
- Click the three dots in the bottom-right corner and select “Go to shop” to view the full product page first.
We’re gradually rolling out all available albums. Until this process is complete, some of your coins/bars may not yet appear within an album. Rest assured, your items will be added to relevant albums as they become available.
